I integrate a relationship-focused, trauma-informed treatment, with evidenced based techniques such as EMDR, EFT, and CBT. I have over 10 years of experience in the field of mental healthI offer individual, couples, and family sessions with a specialization in mood disorders (i.e. generalized anxiety, panic attacks), grief/loss, and trauma work, including EMDR.
